Solving various problems of technical and logical nature related to the SAP real estate
modules:
SAP RE-FX – Real estate flexible

Communicating specific problems with the SAP Business Consultants when needed.
Monitoring on regular basis various SAP jobs and idocs for ensuring constant and

Periodically testing (usually 5 times per year) the new SAP software versions in the

connecting the systems to the company network and equipping them with all the

Translating the ServiceNow interface in Bulgarian, gathering data of the company
hardware and importing it in the ServiceNow database after ServiceNow replaced the
ticket system iET.

be installed.
Keeping communication mainly in German and in English with mentors from Austria or
Germany on all issues that cannot be eliminated locally, as well as submitting reports
on software tests, receiving and distributing new projects and tasks for implementation.
Preparation of educational documentation in Bulgarian when software changes are
needed and educating key users.
Communicating problems with subcontractors and monitoring their status until
resolving the issues.
