Solving various problems of technical and logical nature related to the SAP real estate
modules:
SAP RE-FX – Real estate flexible
SAP ePPM / c4P – Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management / Cloud for Project
SAP CM - Contract Management
Communicating specific problems with the SAP Business Consultants when needed.
Monitoring on regular basis various SAP jobs and idocs for ensuring constant and
successful information flow in the SAP modules as well as successful communication
between the different modules and web clients like SAP Industry modules and the Real
Estate Modules.
Periodically testing (usually 5 times per year) the new SAP software versions in the
functionality concerning the Real Estate processes prior to be installed in production
environment. Going through the whole functionality of the new versions on a test
system and reporting to the Business Consultants when errors are present.

Responding to incidents (IR) and conducting complete digital forensic investigations
(DFI) with the help of a wide range of forensic tools and software (among them
OpenText’s – EnCase, Axiom’s Magnet, Accessdata’s FTK, Axiom’s Magnet, Volatility
etc.) to collect, acquire, transfer, extract, examine and analyze data after a security
incident is reported.
Presenting findings of on-going incidents to other members in the investigation team
and analyzing for possible connections between the different security cases.
Writing technical reports based on the findings in the investigated cases.
Keeping up to date with evolving cybercrime methods and developments within the
digital forensics field.

Responsible for the proper functioning of the warehouse software in the central
warehouse of the company – Inconso WMS / LVS (Warehouse management system /
Lagerverwaltungssystem) running on Windows PC systems and hand-held devices
running on Windows CE and Android.
Solving various problems related to the software of technical and logical nature.
Communicating specific problems with the Austrian mentors when needed.
Creating new warehouse strategies together with the warehouse management and
putting them into service.
Daily monitoring of the communication between WMS and SAP and resolving issues
when needed through sending current data from SAP to WMS and vice versa.

Responsible for building the branch systems - installing hardware and software,
connecting the systems to the company network and equipping them with all the
necessary peripherals for carrying out the commercial activity. Supporting the store
employees with all their technical issues through their daily activities as well as
conducting training on the functionality of the software for new affiliates. Assisting
employees in resolving problems and issues during their work with customers, as well
as any kind of commercial operations related to the cash register software, the
commodity management program, the hand-held devices for receiving goods from
suppliers and the rest of the computer peripherals in the stores. Monitoring the data
transfer through Prisma software between the servers in the central office and the
chain stores and performing a manual transfer if necessary between SAP and the
branch software FILIS and POS. Supporting the daily work of the shops with some
MYSQL and MariaDB queries and actions. Entering all the cases data in the ticket
System – ServiceNow.
Translating the ServiceNow interface in Bulgarian, gathering data of the company
hardware and importing it in the ServiceNow database after ServiceNow replaced the
ticket system iET.
Periodically testing (usually 4 times per year) the new branch software versions prior to
be installed.
Keeping communication mainly in German and in English with mentors from Austria or
Germany on all issues that cannot be eliminated locally, as well as submitting reports
on software tests, receiving and distributing new projects and tasks for implementation.
Preparation of educational documentation in Bulgarian when software changes are
needed and educating key users.
Communicating problems with subcontractors and monitoring their status until
resolving the issues.
